Orders and Payment
How do I pay or my order?
After you click on the "Send to IslandPhotoBox" button you will be redirected our shopping cart. Your payment will be processed through Paypal which is a safe and secure service that allows payments via credit card or directly from your bank account. Once your payment has been processed we will begin fulfilling your personalized order.
How do I make a purchase if I don´t have a credit card?
You can pay by cash or by personal check at our location. At checkout, simply click the Pay in Person button and fill out all of the required fields. Orders are not processed until payment has been made. You can also bring your file with you to our office by clicking "I prefer to bring the files with me to the store", save the file to a flash drive, writeable CD or DVD and bring the file with you to our location. Payment will be due upon receipt of your file.
How does my order get shipped?
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Local customers have the option to pickup orders at our office at 240 Biang St in Mongmong. Click here for a map to our location.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to Guam, The US, US Territories, Freely Associated States ( Palau , FSM, Marshall Islands ) and APO/FPO addresses. International customers please contact us regarding shipping availability.
How long do orders take to be fulfilled?
Most orders take 3-5 business days to complete. Orders received after 4pm on Friday and during the weekend are processed the following Monday.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders shipped locally to Guam take 1-2 days to arrive. Orders shipped to the US Mainland take 5-8 days to arrive.

How will I be contacted once my order is ready for local pickup?
You will receive an e-mail stating that your order is ready for pickup
How will I track my order if it is being shipped?
You will be provided a tracking number. Your order can be tracked through www.usps.com.
Can I cancel my order at any time?
No. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled
